About Vivian Chan

She has over 35 years of combined experience in a career encompassing all aspects involving the real estate industry.  Having behind-the-scenes experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer, Escrow Officer, Project Manager, General Contractor, Title Insurance Representative, Financial Planner, and Business Owner, she has intimate knowledge and experience of the entire process. Vivian is currently recruiting apprentices and seasoned real estate agents who want to raise the bar in their careers. She is a leader and business coach who truly cares about educating other professionals in all aspects of serving clients for the largest financial transaction of their lives.  

In her spare time, Vivian enjoys being outdoors pursuing wildlife and rafting Idaho's premier whitewater rivers.  Vivian truly knows how to live the Idaho adventure lifestyle! She has lived in the Treasure Valley for the past 50 years, attended Boise State University, worked in the family restaurant business, and opened a few of her own businesses over the years.  She has two grown sons who were born and raised in Boise.  She knows the layout of the entire State of Idaho and the hidden treasures that draw people to the Treasure Valley.  She is an avid outdoorsman and is involved in various local conservation and environmental organizations, volunteering her time as a mentor, instructor, and organizer of outdoor events.  She is an avid upland game bird hunter with her two German Shorthaired Pointers and loves taking youth and new hunters!  She loves sharing her passion for everything that Idaho has to offer.  Let Vivian be your guide to living the IDAHO DREAM!
